Family at Work
A day when employees' family can visit him/her in the office and understand their work life better. During the visit, they can get a tour of the office, meet the employee's reporting manager and get a close up of how things work at office.

Quarterly Team Outing
Each team under the leadership of its TL/Reporting Manager will be eligible to go out for a team outing, every quarter.

Rewarding our People
Individual or teams, we recognize both. Associates who have done exceptionally well are rewarded monthly and quarterly. Team Rewards are made for the teams who have consistently performed and have excelled during the period.

Training and Development
Multiple training programs are organized to groom leaders and managers. In addition to the above, multiple process-specific trainings have been conducted all through, to effectively ?cross-train our associates and enable them to handle multiple processes.

Fun activities
Regular fun activities (Team building games, sports tournaments, mobile gaming championships, etc.,) are conducted and form part of our fun calendar.
