4. Location Data & Tracking

The driver/helper app shares the bus's live GPS location while a trip is active so parents and the school can track it.
Tracking accuracy is not guaranteed. Location depends on GPS, device, and network conditions and may be delayed, approximate, or temporarily unavailable. The App must not be relied upon as the sole means of ensuring a child's safety.

5. Notifications

The App sends operational push notifications (e.g. "bus approaching", trip updates, administrative messages). You can control notification permissions in your device settings; disabling them may reduce the service's usefulness.

6. Children's Data

Information about students (including names and pickup locations) is provided and controlled by the school/operator, who is responsible for obtaining any required parental consents. 7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the App; attempt to access data of students/users outside your authorization; reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service; or use it for any unlawful purpose. Location and student data must be used only for legitimate transport/safety purposes.
